I have been an instructor for more than 10 years, first as a dance teacher to children and adults and then added the element of exercise into the mix.  After college, I moved to New York to dance and study with great choreographers, but discovered that devoting my skills of teaching/ coaching to personal training and teaching group exercise were more satisfying and took on another dimension.  Being a dancer most of my life, I quickly realized that my two loves- dance and fitness- were intertwined in Pilates.

I have taught Pilates to a wide range of people- from young dancers to seniors- so the ability to modify and make proper adjustments with EveryBODY comes naturally while staying true to form and alignment.  When you come to my Pilates class, I will make you feel welcome and encourage you at your current ability level. With a hands on approach, I will help you connect the terminology and exercise to where that should be executed and why on the body.
